The company was established January 2010 and has powerfully started its business acquiring its strength from the synergy between two leading Egyptian companies specialized in the Field of ERP services. Deraya provides superior consulting services. These services are aimed for managing the implementation of ERP Systems in a diversity of industries, serving both the domestic and international sectors. As every software release emerges, our staff should be alerted to thoroughly study that release to examine and master the major changes and added functionalities. All the staff members should also be encouraged to attend more presales meetings to collect a certain level of information about a diversity of business areas and try to map these business rules to the new software functionality.The company should also be keen to regularly upgrade their staff knowledge and level of skills through organizing specific training courses and knowledge transfer sessions.
